Basic Site Support
1. Includes basic fixes to repair security issues, and basic edits to fix basic performance problems. For larger issues we will send a quote. However, the first 4 hours will be billed at a discount of $40/hour. Any time past that will be billed at our normal rate of $75/hour.

For work over 4 hours, the first 4 paid hours will be at a discounted rate ($40/hour) and may be acted upon in the event of an emergency. Work past 8 hours will be billed at our standard rate of $75/hour. We will ask your permission for any work past 8 hours. Billing for any work will be added to your next monthly payment.

What platforms do you support?
Currently we only support WordPress and platforms that we have built.
Do I have to host with you?
To make best use of our support services, you must be on our platform. However, this requirement is lifted for Full Management clients and those looking for custom work.
If you are stuck on your platform, but are still interested in our services, please reach out as we might be able to work out a solution for you.
How do I access my backups?
To access your backups, please create a support ticket. Let us know the time window you are requesting and if you’d like us to restore the backup to your live site, a staging site, a development site, or if you’d like a personal copy of your backup.
Additionally, note that you have access to JetBackup in our cPanel for instant backup access 24/7 without needing to contact our support staff.
What if I want more frequent backups?
By default our backups run daily at a time of your choosing. However we can run them every hour. This does increase cost and below you can find our current pricing structure:
