Go Atlanta Hosting – Billing Panel Migration

(This only affects clients from our subsidiary Go Atlanta Hosting. If you are a customer of Pinwheel Web Development, this DOES NOT affect you.)

We will be migrating our Billing Panel to a different server on Saturday December 28th at 8PM until Sunday December 29th at 4AM. During this time you will not have access to the billing panel. This WILL NOT affect your websites or hosting with us.

A Few Notes:

  • Your login information will not change, though you may need to sign in again.
  • Our Statement Descriptor has changed, it is now PINWHEEL WEB – AUDAXIS (It may continue to show as AUDAXIS for some clients.)
  • Our billing panel will not be accessible during this time, if you need help please email ash@pinwheelweb.dev.
  • Your hosting services will not be affected. However, you will not be able to log into them using SSO (using the billing panel). Instead you will need to access https://cpanel.pinwheelweb.dev/ and use your cPanel to login to your hosting. Please contact Ash from the email on your account if you need access to your hosting during this time.
  • There will be an upcoming change to our nameservers. We request that you change to the nameservers used by our parent company here: https://clients.pinwheelweb.dev/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/12/What-are-your-nameservers.html

Move Rescheduled

  • Due to some technical issues discovered early Saturday, we chose to move our timing up a week so we have better access to resources after the holidays. No changes have been made yet.

Migration Complete

  • The migration and update has been completed. If you have any questions, notice any issues or are ready to migrate your hosting to the new platform please contact our team.
