How do you handle billing?

All of our billing is ran on our automated billing system. You can access the client area here:

Do you have 24/7 support?

We offer 24/7 support to enterprise clients and as a web support service addon. Our 24/7 support gives you a dedicated phone number you can use at any time to help with critical issues with your service.

For non-emergency issues, please utilize our ticket system or knowledgebase.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely! We belive that the customer should be able to cancel whenever they like. All of our standard service offerings can be canceled via the Client Area. Just follow these steps to cancel your service.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Unless stated in your contract all services can be refunded within 7 days as long as you meet the requirements of our refund policy. To request a refund, please contact us via the ticket system. All refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Note: If you paid via ACH we have to allow the ACH to finish processing before we  can issue your refund. This can take between 3 to 5 business days from the date of payment.

Additional Note: A refund ususally takes 3 to 5 business days for our payment processor to run. Please understand that we are not able to speed up this process as it is not controled by us.

What is your standard hourly rate?

Our hourly rate is generally $75/hour with a two hour minimum. This is subject to change based on the job requirements and timeline. We are happy to provide you a quote for any work prior to starting.

Can you use my billing system or payment system?

Maybe. All billing is required to use our billing system, however we may be able to use your payment system if you are using one of the following services or are an enterprise client: Agency Services, Reseller Services.

If you would like to enquire about using your own payment system, please reach out via the ticket system or via our contact page.

My business requires us to collect a W9 from you. Can you provide it?

Yes. To request a W9, you must either have an active service with us or you must be in contact with us to begin a service.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes. To request a discount please submit a ticket with our billing department. Your discount MUST be requested and is NOT automatic. For more information please visit our knowledge base. Your business must be 501c3 and show up in the IRS database.
