Located on the corner of Highway 53 and South Mainstreet in the two story marble building.
Great free parking can be found on South West Street in the gravel parking lot, just past the bank. This road is ONE WAY. South Mainstreet also has parking but is busy.

This gravel parking lot is an excellent place to park then walk down main street. It is free, though the right side is reserved for Keep Pickens Beautiful. Note: South West Street is one way, enter it from High Way 53.

What should I bring with me?
Please bring a notepad or a device to take notes on. Ash will be using a tablet for note taking
Can I bring guests?
Yes. You may bring up to 2 additional guests. For larger meetings please contact me directly so we can make arrangements with the coffee shop.

Who's paying?
We will purchase the first round of drinks for you. Reasonable requests only. We ask that you purchase any additional drinks, food, or merchandise.
Can I request a time not on the calendar?
No. This calendar is set in line with the coffee shop hours.
I don't like coffee!
No worries, Red Bean has Tea, Boba, Hot Chocolate, Water, Lemonade, and other drinks available.
What type of seating is available?
Red Bean has indoor and limited outdoor seating. The indoor seating consists of cozy couches, arm chairs, bar stools, and one large meeting table that can be reserved.
Is there any fee?
For meetings with 2 or less we do not charge a fee. However, for meetings over 2 we may charge a fee to account for reserving a meeting table.
Are there private meeting rooms?
No. Red Bean is a public meeting space. For a private meeting, we can offer Barrel House Coffee Co in Ball Ground, GA to the South.
Private meetings are subject to coffee shop availability and may result in an added fee.
Can I meet your whole team there?
Maybe. If you would like to meet more than just Ash, please contact us in advance so we can select a time that works for everyone. This calendar only checks Ash’s schedule.
Can you meet me or somewhere else?
Not at this time. At the moment we are currently testing in person meetings. However, if you are near by or have an alternate meeting location that is near by feel free to ask.
I have an allergy, what options does Red Bean have?
Red Bean offers plenty of allergy friendly options. We are happy to contact them before hand and see if they are able to accomidate you. If not, we are happy to explore other options.
What happens if I need to cancel?
For any cancellations, please call or text Ash directly at (706) 510-7027 at least 4 hours prior so we can book an alternate time.
We reserve the right to prohibit further in person bookings for no shows.
What if Red Bean closes unexpectedly?
In this event, we will move to an alternate meeting site. We will contact you and provide you options within Jasper, GA. Below are our standard backup locations:
- Dunkin Donuts
- Starbucks Coffee (Kroger)
- Starbucks Coffee (Ingles)
- Jax Coffee Company
- Carrington Coffee Company (Has very limited outdoor only seating)
- Barrel House Coffee Co
- Located South in Ball Ground, GA. Has both regular and burbon barrel aged coffee.
- Limited indoor seating, ample outdoor seating, private meeting room.
Can we meet over lunch instead?
Generally no. I prefer to complete these meetings within an hour and it is difficult to do so over lunch.
However, we do make exceptions for some cases. If you do want to meet for lunch, expect our meeting to be around 2 hours long instead at minimum. Lunch meetings are by request only.
Can we meet on the weekend?
No. The weekend is our personal time and we do not make exceptions to this.
What if I am sick?
DO NOT meet in person. Ash is immunocompromised and you could greatly harm them if you transfer your illness to them. Let’s play it safe and move to a virtual meeting instead please.
If you appear to be sick and still attend, you will be requested to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
Even if you don’t think you can transmit it, PLEASE don’t chance it.
What if it rains or there is severe weather?
If it rains, we suggest bringing an umbrella. If you would like to cancel see our cancellation question above.
If there is a threat of severe weather during our meeting, we will offer you a backup date instead. If we have a surprise severe storm, Red Bean has a basement and interior rooms available for emergency use.
